From the initial workshopping phase, where we were encouraged to identify goals and responsibilities in line with our business strategy, to the latter stages of migrating complex data and onboarding our diverse team of staff, our experience with Core Insights (and Aegis) has ensured an accurate and efficient transition to a new CRM system. We appreciated the resources shared with us, and the ongoing support brought clarity and kept us ambitious about what we could achieve. This was quite the feat within a multi-faceted organisation with many stakeholders, needs and goals!
