After initially struggling with AI, the insights shared inspired me to start using it straight away, and it’s already making a real difference in my productivity and creativity. Janinah and Chloe were a wonderfully well-balanced duo – they shared their personal history with tech which I really appreciated.

I’m going to try and use AI every day. ”

From the initial workshopping phase, where we were encouraged to identify goals and responsibilities in line with our business strategy, to the latter stages of migrating complex data and onboarding our diverse team of staff, our experience with Core Insights (and Aegis) has ensured an accurate and efficient transition to a new CRM system. We appreciated the resources shared with us, and the ongoing support brought clarity and kept us ambitious about what we could achieve. Core Insights have been valuable to learning about a variety of CRMs in our digital transformation efforts. They have been like a member of our team, even through a period of change within our charity, they have remained resilient and flexible. Thank you for your support. You seamlessly supported us to navigate towards choosing and setting up a new database for our client records. Core Insights put us at ease during an unfamiliar process, and openly shared their knowledge with us, whilst ensuring the whole process had our charity's needs at the heart of it, so we could choose a database that would be best suited to us. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to other charities looking to start using a client database and/or fundraising database.

MEaP Academy Community Education Centre

MEaP Academy Community Education Centre

Thank you for your amazing support in helping us choose a CRM solution for our organisation MEaP.

I joined the team this year and had no idea where to start. After coming along to your webinar and attending mentoring sessions, I was able to get insightful steers and practical next steps. I have benefitted from your guidance and advice on the need to involve the whole team, assess our needs, document the exploration (including outcomes from demos and meetings with suppliers to stay on track) and ask for further demos and trials (especially where team members missed sessions). We have now chosen a solution to move forward with next year.

Core Insights were really helpful and took the time to carefully explain things and find solutions to any problems we were having. Really glad we chose the Onboarding option for our charity. We only have 2 fundraisers, and as a small team needed the extra guidance and help that Onboarding provided. I'd definitely recommend it, and it was great value for money for the support on offer.

I found the Donorfy Health Check sessions very helpful and good fun. We walked through each area that Donorfy offers, with practical advice and then homework to make improvements. By the end of the five sessions, I was clear on where my areas of growth were and had a clear path to implement this myself or get support. I now feel Donorfy is working for me and I can continue unphased. Thank you so much.

Refugee Support Devon

Core Insights worked with us for about six weeks to help us decide which database would work for a charity like ours. They were impressively efficient and professional right from the start. They were good at assimilating and then disseminating information in a way that was easy for us to understand. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They happily arranged online meetings with database companies multiple times until we were all satisfied that we knew enough about each of the databases to reach a decision. It was also reassuring to have them at the meetings as they were able to ask relevant questions on our behalf to the database providers. We all unanimously agreed that Core Insights helped us navigate through various database options expertly and objectively until we reached a satisfactory conclusion. Excellent facilitators who we would recommend without hesitation!

I thought the Donorfy onboarding sessions were really helpful and thorough. Despite having a good understanding of how the CRM worked, it was useful to break down what I needed it to do so that initial Word document I filled out really helped.
